North Korea claims to be the worlds only tax free state. But you are right, in effect citizens do pay tax, its just called "socialist income accounting" instead.

North Korea claims to be the worlds only tax free state. But you are right, in effect citizens do pay tax, its just called "socialist income accounting" instead.
