Is the title misleading? This looks like a response to the minister of justice in Denmark stating he wants encrypted messaging blocked, not an actual policy.

  It's a mistranslation of 'vil' => will, when 'vil' actually means "would like to"

  Yeah, someone either doesn't know Danish or the translation service sucks. The minister wants to shut down the service, not will shut them down.
