- tomjakubowski 2y agoNot true. That charge was dropped. He was convicted of numerous other charges related to running Silk Road: Engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise, distributing narcotics, distributing narcotics by means of the Internet, conspiring to distribute narcotics, etc.
