I think mentioning the Texas weather event is an undoing. The reality is that systems aren't being built for non-digital resilience either. And the deeper point is that you need to bake in a requirement for resiliency (digital and physical) at the contractual level otherwise you will face a problem of resourcing. I wonder how many critical systems operators actually send people to a conference like this.
