We can be honest and the government realizes that it's not just talking. At least for the conversations they are concerned about. *EDIT* I dont agree with it, but Ive seen governments do far worse with far less.
- codedokode 2y agoTelegram is not a police and not a court though; it doesn't need to search and identify illegal content. And how can you call something illegal without court's decision?
- rdmreader3319 2y agoI can assure you they are not concerned by illegal drugs and crime as every single french city is gangrened by drug dealers and thugs. But they really don't like free speech.
- ProAm 2y agoGovernments want control and intelligence. Im not saying the did this legally or valid like but I can see exactly why they did it. Same with Assange... The government was tired of dealing with his bs, legal or not.

- mmsc 2y agoAirlines do not search people's baggage for drugs. Postage services do not search people's packages for drugs.
