I wonder, when dealing with human readable formats, is there a notation dealing with the repeated hour at the end of daylight saving time (DST)? E.g., in the US, DST ends on Nov. 3, 2024 and the hour from 1:00 to 2:00 am will be repeated. Is there a way to distinguish the second pass from the first one?
