There is a dedicated bicycle road connecting Cumberland with the National Mall in D.C. and which promises no cars, no pedestrians. Ten hours of pedaling mostly downhill.

- jcranmer 2y agoThat's the C&O canal towpath which, uh, there's definitely pedestrians there in places (I've done several hikes on portions of it). True about no cars, though.
