Another step toward corporatocracy... But still most have not realized we head to a feudal world of FAILED big companies living just on a plethora of slaves...
- Bluestein 2y ago> FAILED big companies You bring up an interesting angle in considering the "overlords" as possible failures. So, dominant -and- failed?
- kkfx 2y agoWell, they are failed because the society they need to prosper can't be sustained for long and their are more and more "commodity" people do not like much so a bursting bubble at a time they'll loose enough to fail while not so fast of course... Big tech during the last decades have done much harm, but also much toward digitalization of the masses, GMail, Maps, smartphones, VoIP (even if as walled gardens) was still large leap ahead for the society. In the last years they go toward finance so much they can't really present any "new revolution", all converge on similar concurrent solutions, and start to infiltrate other sectors with not so much success (like in automotive, healthcare, smart homes and so on). That's for me is a sign of a final down turn.
