Can you even 'Listen to this device' without going into the old Sound Control Panel? Pretty sure you can't. I use this to pipe audio from other devices (e.g. game consoles) to a device (Roger pen) that transmits audio to my partner's hearing aid, because Windows doesn't have real tools for handling audio. Oh, what about when something goes wrong with a wireless driver and the only fix is disabling and enabling the device, once again in the old control panel?
