Are you buying cheap cables? Their quality can be very different from one manufacturer or model to the next.
- PaulHoule 2y agoI find about 50% of Apple Lightning cables bought from Apple go bad in a short time. Garmin charging cables seem to always go bad but I think the whole plug is badly designed. At least I can get Garmin devices to sync most of the time whereas Fitbit was so bad I wouldn’t bother to sync at all. My luck with cheap USB-C cables (bottom of the line Best Buy, AMZN Basics) is that they aren’t worse than Lightning cables.
