SCOTUS is getting blame properly directed at Congress. Each time the judicial branch pushes back on the executive branch trying to push major regulations through ambiguities in statutes, they are doing their job of keeping the law accountable by putting the decision back on the plate of the most democratically accountable branch, the legislature.
