- blackeyeblitzar 2y agoAfter having past battery degradation issues with Honda, and their dishonest way of dealing with serious design or manufacturing flaws (giving buyers a minor amount of cash back due to a class action and forcing software updates that negatively affected the performance of the car), I just can’t bring myself to trusting any of their hybrids or electric vehicles again. Honda is not the same rock solid brand that people think it is based on who they were in the 90s or whatever. But even though the battery and performance was a big issue, day to day my biggest problem is the lag in their infotainment system. In some cities with complex interchanges with one lane switch followed by another, the audio cues on the navigation would be delayed and make it impossible to follow. I would switch to using just my phone (on its own without pairing to the car in any way) to work around it.
