From personal experience, the people handling paid support for Pixel owners who pay for Google One are both (1) human; and (2) too fucking stupid to have object permanence. In my case, backups weren't working, and in an attempt to avoid doing anything, they attempted to convince me a 10 year sms/mms history backup fit in 200kb.
