- 0x457 2y agoStealing things is illegal in every state - yes. However, stealing mail is a federal crime. There is a difference between stealing UPS package and stealing USPS package.
- kayodelycaon 2y agoThe same action can be illegal in multiple ways and across multiple jurisdictions. Murder is a federal crime, for example.
