Fast food has a Gen Z problem
- guardianbob 2y agoTo be fair, a lot of fast food joints decided to jack up the prices in the last 4 years. That’s not a great way to endear yourself with a customer base
- bell-cot 2y agoAdmitting that I'm an old Boomer...but where the h*ll is all the money going, for fast food prices to be so high? For $10, I can go to a Panera and get couple decent sandwiches plus an apple. (Not fancy organic stuff, but it doesn't have the Plasticine taste of McFood.) At $15+tip, I can sit down to a blackened salmon sandwich and couscous in a genuinely upscale restaurant. (Add $2 if you want their fancy bread basket, or a lot more if you enjoy fine wines.)
