- aszantu 2y agoI think it's better to just ban the IP and account of those ppl, it's more work for the avg. Joe to install a VPN and make a new account. The ones who instigate violence via social media are mostly anonymous vpn covered accounts form diverse cyber armies around the world... no use to prosecute those.
