Can't stop eating those carbs tho, too addictive!
- ben_w 2y agoPlenty of rotten teeth before we had easy access to addictive cheap carbs.
- tmn 2y agoAnimals seem to do well enough. Sure there is the occasional issue. But it seems pretty clear the modern diet is the significant factor.
- SJetKaran 2y agoOur 'modern' diet of heavy carbs is thousands of years old by now though
- tmn 2y agoI agree..?
- ben_w 2y agoWe have wisdom teeth as a natural backup for losing a few; other animals have similar strategies, though details vary. What is different is that we cook — evolution still hasn't fully caught up with that, though it does seem to have resulted in our mouths being too small for all the teeth.
- Ylpertnodi 2y agoTry not eating carbs for a week. Then walk up some stairs.
- anonbanker 2y agopretty easy for me. exclusively Carnivore for over a year now.
- oldgradstudent 2y agoWait another week and you'll be fine. Anyone who's ever done keto for any length of time knows that.
