Bank or not, good luck tracing anything through China. Odds are good this could have even been a nation state level scam run by North Korea. They get a lot of funding this way.

- mingus88 2y agoI’m sure it’s a complicated situation, and with this exploit alone being on the order of tens of millions of dollars, the attackers would have secured their transaction flow from the West
