I run a paid RSS-to-Email service and I have customers who subscribe to get kill-the-newsletter RSS feeds delivered to them via email. At some point I just have to assume that people have motives and not worry about it. (In the case of newsletters → feed → email it may be avoiding giving our your email address?)
