Reading the follow up comments on the Reddit tread, it seems more like people misinterpreted what he said than him having been wrong.
- monoau 2y agoI can only say that after watching the respective video, I found MVG's explanation to misinterpret fundamental concepts of computing graphics, as the linked comment explains. Granted, everyone can make mistakes - but it's the fact that he doesn't correct them that I find disrespectful, it only spreads wrong information!
- Narishma 2y agoNot only did he not correct the info, he repeated the mistake in a newer video. I stopped watching him after that.
