I took over from Snr dev who made 2 simple and bad time mistakes. 1) implementing their own DateAdd functionality in c# and forgetting about leap years. 2) thinking the app server and db server's time would never get out of sync. Fml he was so bad I wanted to kill him almost every day and got paid quite a bit more than me
