Companies already have patents, lots of them, why do they need non-competes to protect "their ideas"?
- School-Cotton 2y agoThe obvious answer is that most ideas are not patented.
- hn_acker 2y agoRather, companies already have non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), which allow companies to preserve all of the secrets that copyright and patents do not cover.
