    The story is about in-fighting, and not any sort of philosophical thoughts on crypto PACs as whole as the quote implies imo.

It's not philosphy, it's the political reality of the current crop of crypto PACs. Conway is rightfully calling out the needless partisanship Armstrong and Andreessen have injected into the crypto lobby.
