A bad name for a good idea.
Consider, potential resolves as state, in the moment of now. The past is a forensic interpretation of the present. The future is the domain of probability that existential potential holds to resolve (state's superposition by interacting forces.)
Our minds reduce uncertainty, mitigating uncertainty through deterministic resolve ("will").
Information is the reduction of uncertainty, if it does not reduce uncertainty it is not information (scoped by domain.)
Intelligence is the mitigation of uncertainty, if it does not mitigate uncertainty it is not intelligent (extra-dimensionally expanding scalar.)
I extol consciousness as the underlying quantum sieve (which emerges intelligence rather than the other way around), this quantum sieve is analog holographic (not qubits). It works through constructive and destructive interference. A sieve which casts a shadow upon the wall (of our inner eyelids) and our corporeal biotechnology responds to these messages.
Computationally this singularity (of which there are many) is non-linear. The (neural) combined scalar is the "holographic" virtue. Multidimensional holographic internalized impressions, by which our real time "awareness daemon" struggles to accomplish necessary responses for survival (continuity of identity.)
