I've also heard this stated as: > for each desired change, make the change easy (warning: this may be hard), then make the easy change" (earliest source I could find is @KentBeck on X) I love the idea of that vocabulary of tools and libraries, too. I strongly resist attempts to add to or complicate it unnecessarily.
