I don't know a ton about unions so first I've heard of such a thing. How does this work? Isn't it illegal to prevent someone from joining a union? (Yellow dog contracts?)
- Aloisius 2y agoConfidential employees are prohibited by the NLRA from joining a union, same as managers and supervisors. Plenty of senior technologists acting as team leads would fall under one of those categories.
