My "concerning issue" about Telegram is that their moderation team seems to be non existent. On some local groups there can be spamming accounts, porn (and even worse, maybe even CP), drug selling and stuff like that. No matter how many times you report that - nothing ever happens to them nor the group that holds them. Sometimes I've tried to reach the administrators of said groups and they just delete the whole chat. But when I created a group for my neighborhood, someone reported it as "not relevant for this location" (?) and I could never change its exact location again (so more people could find it in the nearby groups).
