I'm somewhat similar on these, but two is particularly funny to me. I always joke at work that we proved something was possible, and therefore the job is complete (we have a few stalled-out initiatives that we really need to finish up). The idea is the fun part, implementing it in the real world is the work, but that's why they pay you.
