I'm gonna exaggerate a little, and go a bit "genkidrama" his company has been writing leaky software on purpose for decades ... how is that even a question? he and many of the rich tech peeps of his generation are the uberscaled equivalent of people who adopt children so they get to abuse them without the children making a fuzz because they get something in return. all people who write leaky software are comparable. and their lawyers and so on as well. fuck this shit. these discussions are getting annoying. there is too much proof and hard evidence pointing towards even worse. but people are technical and they like what they do.
