Basically nothing on the menu for under $13 for a 12-inch, and they've made it clear they're not interested in selling 6-inch sandwiches. I was thinking the other day that this is the danger of setting numerical targets. Obviously an MBA in the executive suite thinks it's important to maximize the per customer revenue per visit. Easiest way to do that is to run off every customer that doesn't hit that numerical target.
