  Profit (for himself) is very obviously Zuck's one-and-only God. A tax on his ad revenues, at a rate heavily dependent on what percentage of those are for illegal stuff, might suddenly stimulate "a huge technological breakthrough" in FB's ability to detect and block such ads.

  Meta's ad moderation practices and its ability to prevent illegal content from being promoted on its platforms are in need to be revised!
