IRS Has Loads of Legacy IT, Still Has No Firm Plans to Replace It
- Kon-Peki 2y agoModernization will never happen. Build a new parallel system, and all new taxpayers become part of it. Then migrate anyone who is young and uncomplicated. Let the old system die when the last taxpayer using it dies.
