We've had this for quite a while in Colorado, both through the myColorado app and in Apple Wallet, and I still can't figure out what it's useful for. I have it set up and am fine with it existing, I just don't know where or when I'd use it.

Why would you sign up for something that offers you no benefit...? Obviously it's to benefit... someone else then, right?
