Dandelions are easy to grow because they grow themselves back from the roots every spring. Dandelion broth is simple to make: chop up the greens, boil them for an hour, then strain the fiber.

A magnesium supplement is easy to make with carbonated water and magnesium hydroxide. Purebulk sells powdered magnesium hydroxide, otherwise every grocery store sells this as a liquid laxative in the pharmacy.
