Sonos CEO says layoffs of 100 people won't hurt efforts to fix unpopular app
- aurareturn 2y agoI'm amazed that the person gave the green light to release the redesign. Did they not have data on how people used their old app? Did they not user test their new design? Why were they even doing a complete redesign rather than slowly changing the old app feature by feature - like most companies do?
