- more_corn 2y agoTotally, go ahead and try to cal the sf police non emergency line to file a complaint. If enough of them pile up the police will do nothing. It takes about four hours to get through and they shout at you at 18db the entire time FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED. Godspeed little buddy.
