Too many Waymo robotaxis arrive at the overnight parking lot at around the same time, after their shift, creating congestion in the parking lot. It takes those robotaxis around an hour to self-park, during which they're moving forward, then backward, breaking, flashing blinkers, beeping, honking, etc. Each would be able to park quickly if it weren't for the other robotaxis. The noise, lights, and commotion keep neighbors awake. Make sure to watch the video ("it's f@#king 4am"). Douglas Adams would have gotten a kick out of this.
