What is a good alternative book along the same lines?
- lawn 2y agoMorgan Housel's books are pretty good I'd say.
- tim333 2y agoThe "How I Turned $1,000 into Five Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time" by William Nickerson books are good on US real estate. Basic idea but tatty discounted rental property, fix it up, borrow against it, buy more.
