You don’t think he made a lot of money in real estate?
- bananapub 2y agoDunno. I don’t think his real estate advice in the book was good.
- citizen_friend 2y agoIdk if it was very technical for him to succeed. Know your local market and be aggressive in buying is a good strategy throughout 80s and 90s.
- dahart 2y agoThat’s what the article suggests: “there’s no evidence that Kiyosaki actually made significant money by real estate dealings, prior to making millions of dollars with his book sales (and presumably putting some of that into real estate.)”
