It is an amazing idea… for the late 2010s/pandemic job market. Nowadays most companies are just waiting for the perfect candidate to fall from the sky, so I’m curious to see how much non-spam submissions you end up collecting.
- smashah 2y agoTo be honest I probably wont get any traction with this which is why I'm sharing it so devs can start disengaging from the broken status quo and get companies to apply to them instead.
