This is a really cool ask, and I want to know more about what you want to know. Are you looking for a specific way to get caught up on solar and only solar?

- amleng 2y agoPretty much! Both because solar is by far the most interesting to me, and because it provides a natural way of significantly limiting scope (for example, certainly anyone asking for longform detailed sources on "energy" and "power" is absolutely doomed, but my hope is that "solar" is narrow enough that some useful answers start to exist) For example, I can imagine (though no clue if it exists) some materials science professor who studies something related to materials for solar cells who also has a blog, or some policy wonk who dissects things like FERC rulings on interconnection policy with a view on their implications for integrating new solar developments into the grid. I've seen things similar to this for other fields I've looked at, but for solar specifically, I have no clue how to find such people, if they do exist somewhere out there.
