- fuzzfactor 2y agoI'll vouch for this because it's not like most things that deserve to be DOA, and I'd like to see some discussion. I think this genre direction would be listenable for me, but I'm not a person that signs up for things. This can be done a bit like comettv.com where they have a limited number of "classic" or vintage but well loved "science fiction" series' to run repeatedly as they rotate through the properties that they have rights to stream at the time. Then they throw in the occasional older movie which they may only be obtaining rights to stream for a single weekend. This can seem so much more repetitive than "regular" TV, but with my own private internet radio stations, over the last year of testing I find that the bar is much lower since real broadcast radio is so much more repetitive itself by comparison. I have a very different approach and trajectory than ncradio but my standard is for it to be listenable 24/7 without hundreds of artists so far, so plenty of repetitiveness is going to be there, but no more than a modern pop station on broadcast radio. I would like to see ncradio keep on going even though I'm not quite the intended audience, just about but not quite :)
