- vlaaad 2y agoNot the parent, but I'll bite: they are not the same. GitHub offers significant advantages over Gitlab, while Gitlab doesn't. Therefore I use GitHub. Once upon a time Gitlab had an advantage: they allowed private repo hosting for free. Now it's gone.
