No, there are several tax and legal benefits (no jury trials for example) by being incorporated in Delaware. There are lists of pros and cons everywhere on the internet.
- galenward 14y agoThe legal benefits go even deeper than that: Delaware has great, extremely well tested laws around corporations (no surprises) and a judicial system that is highly familiar with corporate matters. It's less about corporate advantage, although that helps, and more about a well known system with no surprises.
