It can be annoying on IOS. For example OPFS only works inside worker threaders, so you may design your app to access OPFS from the app + OPFS from postgres and realize OPFS isn't working in half your app... Happened to me when I built https://cluttr.ai https://cluttr.ai which uses SQLite WASM
