I don't think I believe this as an accurate prediction of the future, but if anything like this comes to be, I think I'll probably just keep doing what I'm doing now, for fun. The predictions here sound pretty bleak. I don't want to manage a team of LLMs sloshing around vectors all day. I can only hope I finish out a fulfilling life doing things I think are interesting that the author seems to dislike in favour of "non-deterministic software" and "manage[-ing] AI tools". I await their first non-deterministic nuclear power plant from a safe distance!
