I used wezterm a long while after switching from urxvt. There was a GPU memory leak or something, becuase after opening a bunch of terminals, I found that Graphics in firefox started lagging and dragging. I switched to kitty (And Microsoft Terminal on windows), but I use tmux inside (apparently much to the authors annoyance).
I should wezterm another look ...
- tjoff 2y agoI've had similar issues the last few months and have had to switch back to alacritty on every machine I own.
- bbkane 2y agoIf macos, it's maybe the same issue as https://github.com/wez/wezterm/issues/2669 https://github.com/wez/wezterm/issues/2669 . There's a config fix there that fixed the lag for me
