Why does it feel like everyone has an autoimmune disease?

The purpose of a vaccine is to create a lifelong allergenic response to something injected into your body that will never hurt you. Think that thru. What they inject will never hurt you because it’s a dead version of a virus. But they put adjuvants in it to inflame your immune system. This creates a lifelong immune response. But why wouldn’t it also create the immune response to other non harmful stuff too. I’m not against vaccines. But I don’t get why people don’t investigate this potential connection. I think it’s cause we are scared of the ramifications??
