Wow I'm not sure how Dutch courts work but this should be ripe for appeal and hopefully some sort of action against the judge. Reading the title I was assuming that chat GPT was used for looking up some case law or case history for similar things and then the judge could simply go and verify the citations. Instead I am shocked to find it was used to look up easily found information.
The lifespan of a solar panel while different experts may disagree your first source for the determination of that is the manufacturer of the solar panel themselves. If either side wants to dispute the manufacturer's claim then they can bring an experts and it can be decided but literally ask the manufacturer to provide what their rating is for a functional lifespan and deterioration over the time span. The other one for the cost per kilowatt hour of electricity seems like something a simple search could have found and then links to the utilities published sheet of rates and tariffs. Again I'm not in the EU but I imagine utilities are heavily regulated just like in the US and there is a rates and tariff sheet that they must publish and abide by.
Quite honestly either or both parties should have submitted this data into evidence as part of the case if these were core questions around the case so the judge wouldn't have to go find it.
