- grogenaut 2y agoI'm not personally going for the cheapest most shelf stable food every as the core of my diet. Also nut butter does looks similar on micro nutrients, about an oz is very similar to a cup of noodles. maybe not as filling. I don't find cup o noodles all that filling though.
